Ginny Lucker is a semi-retired Oregon Land Use Attorney. She currently serves as a Land Use Hearings Official for several local jurisdictions. Ginny grew up in the Portland area and moved to Corvallis with her husband and two children to Corvallis in 1995. She is a member and lay-leader at the First Congregational United Church of Christ. Using her land use expertise, she was instrumental in securing the county approval to locate Safe Camp on the church property.
